Funds Withdrawal and Expiration

Withdrawing unused project balances. If you've completed your work and you would like to withdraw any remaining balance, please have someone who is an administrator in your project submit a support request. The request should include:

1. The project 12-character ID
2. A withdrawal amount
3. Where you would like the funds to go

You can request a transfer to a different Nightingale project, or you can request that the funds be returned to the original payment card.

Funds already used cannot be refunded. Your project funds pay for the computing resources that you consume. We cannot refund actual usage.

Funds expiration. As described in the Terms of Service, project balances are subject to expiration after 180 days of inactivity. We will notify project administrators at least 30 days before balance expiration to make sure you have a chance to withdraw any unused balance.
